Localization The vines grow on a plateau which overlooks the Rhône valley and which is made up of rolled shingles. The warm kept by the shingles the day is restored to the soil and grapes during night time. The vines over 40 years old grant a limited output of great quality.
The wine-keeping is made in oak tun for 6 months to one year.

Caracteristics A wine well rendered as a type, with deep colour and red fruits taste (cherry, blackcurrant), of undergrowth and spices, with powerfull tannins and fines as well, excellent keeping, this wine will reach his maturity after 5 years.
It can be tasted the year following the crop and can be stored for a period of 10 years.
This wine can be served with games, red meats and cheeses. |
