The Vineyard
The usual type of vines of Côtes du Rhône compose the vineyard of Domaine Deforge :
- 68% Grenache
- 15% Syrah
- 10% Cinsault
- 5% Grenache blanc - Clairette blanche
- 2% Young mixed plants : Muscardin - Clairettes - Carignan - Mourvèdre
Those vines are planted with the transplanting holders the most well-suited for the grounds.
The average ageof the vineyard is of 30 years.
